Mr and Mrs Koutnik
I may be a little biased, but there's something special about two veterans tying the knot! The stories shared from both the best man and maid of honor had everyone rolling with laughter. Late April gave us a cold day with some freezing rain, but that didn't stop us from getting SOME photos outside!
Heidi's gorgeous wedding gown fit like a glove and suited her so well!
Heidi and Jake's sweet little girl was their flower girl. She wasn't sure of me at our first meeting, but by the wedding, she acted like I was an old friend and I'm okay with that!
4 beautiful generations in one photo! Her. grandmother was the funniest lady!
One thing guest remember most, if the bride and groom were on the dance floor throughout the night. These two did not disappoint their guests!
In lieu of a garter and bouquet toss, Heidi and Jake opted for a generation dance where Heidi gifted the longest married couple her bouquet she made by hand! It's always a favorite of mine!
I truly had an amazing time photographing Heidi and Jake's wedding, it was an incredible honor to photograph fellow veterans. While we may not have served together, you're still my brother and sister in arms and I am so happy for both of you! Wishing you two all the happiness in the world!
Lots of love,
Kassie
